Update on our journey 2

In Mombasa, the urgently needed new car was bought. The first test drive took place at the weekend. Together with the children, they went on a trip to the beach. 40 children rushed to Amigo’s beach with beaming faces. Immediately, the idyllic stretch of beach was taken over by shining eyes and cheering children. Some ran straight into the waves, some grabbed the beach toys they had brought with them. The biggest ones watched out for the little ones. Our crew was visibly impressed by the mutual care, the loving sharing of toys and the joy of each individual. Besides talking about the older children’s dreams and future plans, our crew also visibly enjoyed themselves and let off steam on the beach. A day that will be remembered fondly by all.
